1. Shipping & Order Processing

Design Approval & Processing Time

• Proofing & Approval: For all personalized and custom-printed products, production begins only after final design approval. Please review your proofs carefully for spelling, design details, and layout before giving your final sign-off. 

• Production Time: Once your design is fully approved, our standard production processing time takes 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

• Dispatch: Once production is complete, your order is packaged and shipped out either the same business day or the next business day. 

• Carrier Selection & Tracking: We work with multiple reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. All shipments include full tracking. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. 

• Delivery Timeline: Shipping times vary depending on your destination. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 15 business days after dispatch. 

International Shipping & Duty-Free Delivery

• Global Delivery: We ship internationally!

• All Duties & Fees Included (No Hidden Fees): All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and included directly in our shipping fees at checkout. You will never be charged additional hidden fees or surprise clearance charges upon delivery. 

2. Refund & Return Policy 

Personalized & Custom Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the custom nature of customized gifts and promotional products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any personalized or custom-printed items once design approval is granted and the item is produced. 

Non-Personalized "Ready-to-Ship" Items

Items that are ready to ship and have not been custom-printed or personalized are eligible for return under the following conditions: 

• Item Condition: Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging and condition. 

• Return Shipping & Customs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any tariffs, duties, or custom fees incurred when returning the item to us. 

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for returned non-personalized items. 

• Condition Assessment: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it:

  • If the product shows signs of use or minor wear/damage, we reserve the right to withhold additional damage fees from your refund.

  • If the returned product arrives damaged and is deemed unusable, no refund will be issued. 

3. Damaged Upon Arrival (Shipping Claims) 

We take extreme care in packaging your orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately: 

1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

2. Provide Photo Documentation: Send an email to MamigonGifts@gmail.com with clear photos showing:

   • The damaged product(s)

   • The original packaging inside and out

   • The shipping box (showing labels and damage to outer box) 

   
   

3. Evaluation: Once we receive your photos, our team will evaluate the damage to determine if it occurred during transit.

   • In-Transit Damage: If transit damage is confirmed, we will work directly with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

   • Post-Delivery Damage: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental damage while unboxing, dropping, or handling the product).
